The 2023 OAWA Annual General Meeting will take place:

Location: Holiday Inn Oakville Centre
(this is the same location as 2022)

1. OAWA Board of Directors’ Elections:

o President (2-year term)

o Vice-President, Administration (1-year term)

o Vice-President, Technical (2-year term)

o Vice-President, Diversity and Inclusion (2-year term)

o Vice-President, Communication (2-year term)

2. Provincial Championships Selections:

o 2024 Ontario U-17/U-19

o 2024 Ontario Senior Open

o 2025 Ontario Juniors

o 2025 Ontario U-17/U-19

o 2025 Ontario Youth Festival

o 2025 Ontario Senior Open

3. An online ZOOM option will be available again this year!

Accommodations will be provided for Friday night for those requiring it, and for Saturday night. Please complete the survey above to let us know your accommodation needs and if you will attend dinner Saturday night.
